Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Analyst to join our Provider Data Operations team.

About the role
The Senior Analyst works to solve complex issues or concerns impacting our provider data through end to end roster processing. Positively impact provider experiences & member outcomes by ensuring provider data is maintained consistently & managing critical/complex data escalations to resolution. Communicate with providers & work collaboratively with other teams to provide efficient & thorough resolution by providing world class service.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, & Washington is: $69,600 - $91,350 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $62,640 - $82,215 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program & annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing & incoming provider information to ensure accuracy & quality of the network by supporting complex non-standard provider information processing needs.
- Independently surface provider information process & technology issues through proactive identification, measurement, & monitoring of our operations. Provide feedback to key stakeholders based on insights & trends to reduce future errors, improve processes, & performance
- Independently drive & track business decisions, execute provider data queries, & perform root cause identification, analysis, & diagnosis
- Independently lead with review from your manager, in developing & maintaining standards for data integrity & quality assurance, leading corrective activities of complex issues to clean the source(s) of truth & manage communication processes with other departments regarding data improvements.
- Support employees on the team of all levels through escalation research & resolution
- Effectively communicate findings & resolutions with providers & internal departments inclusive of collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage queue work & assigned caseload through effective dashboard management while ensuring integrity of information entered into company & external systems. Support junior employees in queue management & prioritization.
- Compliance with all applicable laws & regulations

Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience in healthcare and/or operations
- 2+ years of intermediate Excel/Google Sheet proficiency
- 2+ years of assessing & comprehending end to end process impact
- 2+ years experience analyzing datasets & troubleshooting basic data nuances
- 2+ years of inventory management queue experience
Bonus Points
- 2+ years of intermediate proficiency in SQL, BigQuery or similar database language experience
- Prior work experience in tech and/or healthcare
- Proficiency with non Microsoft business platforms
- Proficiency in using a credentialing or provider data repository
- Experience working with large datasets, data verification, data management, data modeling
- Experience with healthcare data such as provider and/or claims data

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, & experience.
