Associate Manager, Sanitation

Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Manager, Sanitation.  The Associate Manager, Sanitation will be responsible for leading sanitation supervisors & technicians in ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) & meeting our high-quality standards to provide the best service to our customers

You will...

• Motivate, engage, coach, & inspire a team of Sanitation supervisors & technicians, creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback & drive change from within
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding GMPs, HACCP, processing analysis, & environmental monitoring
• Coach & train Sanitation employees to follow company procedures
• Interact with vendors & procurement to ensure food safety of all purchased parts.
• Address nonconformities from previous internal & external audits, following-up on & closing preventive & corrective action requests.
• Establish & maintain effective working relationships with operations, support teams, & external partners
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies & procedures
• Evaluate team productivity & accomplishments
• Any & all other functions as determined by management

At a minimum, you have

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Biology or other relevant subjects preferred but not required
• 3+ years of experience within the food industry
• Effective communicator for employees, direct reports, cross-functional teams, & senior leadership
• Strong attention to detail & data driven mindset
• Extensive knowledge of principles & applications of FSQA programs including HACCP, Sanitation
• Up-to-date knowledge on FDA guidelines
