Our Client Director is a part of leading our key client relationships. Our directors are motivated by delivering client satisfaction, working with clients to solve complex business issues & always looking for opportunities help clients deliver on their complete brand experience.
This person will work closely with our practice leads including Strategy, Design, Verbal, Culture & Engagement, Implementation & Insights & Analytics to provide the client with a holistic relationship across the agency.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a Client Director who is passionate, & always looking for ways to exceed expectations. Someone who can seamlessly lead across teams, agencies & clients. We want someone who is able to independently lead client relationships & manage a team.
As a client director they will have the gravitas to lead presentations, drive team contribution & effectively work on proposals, scoping & planning. They will effectively manage resources while also delivering against financial/budgeted work plans. You can work with clients & senior management on all levels from the CEO to administrative support. They need strong communication, presentation & organizational skills.
Given the nature of our current client roster, we are seeking digitally-fluent candidates who have direct experience working through complex B2B & corporate branding projects. Educated to degree level (BA or MBA).
