You will...
- Develop & implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue & achieve sales targets across various channels, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Identify key growth opportunities within our local & global partners network as well as scoping new key partnerships opportunities
- Build & maintain strong, long-term relationships with sampling & recipe integration partners & advertisers. Understand their needs, objectives, & pain points, & provide tailored solutions. Develop & provide them with post-campaigns granular analysis to strengthen partnership effectiveness
- Prepare & negotiate partnership proposals & contracts, ensuring favorable terms & conditions as well as alignment with HelloFresh company goals & objectives
- Oversee all aspects of campaign logistics, including product procurement, packaging, advertising, & distribution
- Monitor & analyse campaign performance data, providing insights & recommendations for improvements. Prepare & deliver regular sales reports & forecasts to local & global senior management
- Work closely with other growth channels, brand team, operations, legal & procurement teams to align sales efforts with overall HelloFresh company goals & ensure seamless campaign execution & fulfilment
- Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations & guidelines
You have...
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing (agency or corporate), Sales / Business Development; exposure in the grocery / FMCG industry is a plus
- Proven ability to source, launch & expand successful partnerships with excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong network in FMCG & media agencies, possibly with a solid, proven clients portfolio, is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making & a structured way of working
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings & industry events
