THE POSITION:

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team. You will derive insights for group-wide & commercial teams in order to drive actionable insights about the business. You will work on various individual & team assignments to continually evolve the various tools, models, & data visualizations used to drive the FanDuel Group business.
THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Use data & a range of analytic techniques to answer questions about business performance
- Produce analysis & models to explain historic & project future results
- Own tools & models that govern measurement of business performance, ensuring they are complete, accurate & regularly reviewed & refreshed
- Serve as an exemplary lead to other analysts through coaching on analysis techniques & insights presentation
- Generate & communicate project timelines & plans for projects to manage workload & stakeholder expectations
- Opportunity to provide mentoring to analysts in your team
THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in an analytical, technical or commercial field preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
- Strong personal organizational & time management skills, able to juggle multiple complex projects
- Proficiency in SQL & Excel required
- Experience with one other programming language for data analysis & exploration Python, R, or Spark preferred
- Demonstrated experience using data visualization software to convey analysis in an easy to digest format
- Experience working with Tableau for data visualization preferred
- Experience using a variety of modelling approaches to forecast future customer & business behavior
- Strong verbal & written communication skills - demonstrable track record of influencing up, down & across organizations
- Experience collaboratively working with colleagues in other countries & time zones
- Interest in Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Gaming preferred
