This role is based in Copenhagen at our Head office for the Nordics team.

The role

For our ambitious & growing team in the Nordics, we are looking for an IT Engineer, working in the IT team you will take a leading role in delivering world class support to all team members in the Nordics across a range of hardware & software.

You will bring a positive, can do attitude & creative mindset to solving technical issues within the Nordics. After understanding the fast paced IT landscape you will grow to use your unique perspective & skills to solve any support requests that come through. Over time you will balance this work with the projects you think will impact the business & travel regularly to our sites across the Nordics to deliver a best in class service.

What youll do

• Be the first point of contact for any support needs that arise including onboarding/offboarding, access requests & troubleshooting
• You will manage our Workplace & Warehouse Technologies & implement best practices, improving processes, & defining new service standards to deliver exceptional support.
• Learn key IT principles alongside analytical skills used to build the ideal IT landscape
• Define & complete technical projects that will have a lasting impact on the company
• Gain a working knowledge of a range of platforms including Google Workplace, Azure, the Atlassian Suit & many more
• You'll proactively improve & automate processes, ensuring knowledge sharing & team efficiency by documenting all changes & new procedures
• This role will require scheduled travel to distribution centers in the Nordics, specifically once or twice a month.

What youll bring

• A working knowledge of multiple operating systems (MacOS, Windows, iOS or Android) & latest hardware including corporate printing solutions. 
• An understanding of corporate software (Slack, Google Workspace, Azure, Atlassian, Snipe-IT, Intune, Jamf, SureMDM)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate tech talk for any user
• You are able to identify relevant information from a variety of sources & actively share them with your team & others. You contribute to streamline processes & tasks between your team & relevant groups. 
• A quantitative & analytical mindset & know how to use data as the basis of your decisions. 
• A positive proactive approach to tackling any issues without shying away from the challenges that arise
• The ability to travel to scheduled visits to other sites across the Nordics & if needed Europe to work with other members of the team & provide support to the business if required. 
• Experience with LAN, WAN & WLAN infrastructures
• Knowledge of FortiGate Firewalls, Cisco switches & Cisco Wireless
• A valid EU driver's license
