We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented person who cares deeply about creating an excellent customer experience. Your primary responsibility is to help make sure the Customer Experience (CX) team delivers exceptional service to our customers through multiple channels (phone, SMS, & email). You'll also be expected to help respond to customers in the near term. You'll wear multiple hats & we'll expect you to quickly take on increasing responsibility.
This is a full-time role that will work five days a week, either Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday.
