Who are we?

WorldRemit is changing the way people send money abroad. Weve taken something complicated & made it simple. Tap the WorldRemit App or click on our website & your international transfer is made; to a bank account, cash pickup, Mobile Money, or airtime top-up. Founded in 2010, we send international remittances from 50 countries to more than 150 countries & we continue to expand our footprint.

Using WorldRemit is easy because we do the hard bit, connecting hundreds of banks, money agents, mobile operators & payment systems around the world. These were never designed to work together, but WorldRemit makes it happen.

About the Role

Our Recruiters are true business partners. We consult with the business on their talent strategy & ensuring a partnership led approach to talent, recruitment & resourcing within a specific business segment.

Your core role will be hiring the very best talent into WorldRemit using a range of sourcing techniques, some obvious, some niche. Candidate experience is key & youll immerse yourself in the business you support, understanding their talent agenda & becoming their trusted advisor on Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

Youll be key in resourcing improvement projects which contribute to the on-going development of our Talent Acquisition strategy & of the overall recruitment experience. Amongst other things, youll support the UKs Diversity & Inclusion plans, get involved in all things Social Media & help develop our employer brand. So yes, its going to be busybut we can promise youll learn a lot & have a great time doing it.

Experience, attributes & benefits

Were looking for an experienced recruiter with a genuine passion for finding & landing great talent. Excellent relationship building & stakeholder engagement skills will be key to your success, as will your ability to influence the recruitment process & hiring decisions where necessary. Youll have to be comfortable challenging your stakeholders when required.
