Were hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of outbound sales specialists who carry a monthly revenue quota, selling the BentoBox platform to restaurants. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Manager will achieve growth & perform in accordance with a monthly team quota & commission structure by successfully managing the team.

Responsibilities

  • Coach your team to meet outbound activity goals to a pipeline of leads, getting in touch with decision makers via cold phone, email & social outreach
  • Coach your team on all aspects of the sales process including, but not limited to: cold calling, live web demo presentations, pipeline management, objection handling, urgency creation, upselling, closing & utilizing a CRM
  • Own objectives setting, coaching & performance monitoring of sales specialists
  • Work closely with your direct reports, providing consistent coaching & supporting their development
  • Instill best practices to BentoBox outreach cadence policies to ensure consistency across the company
  • Take accountability over & demonstrate leadership amongst your team, as if you are the CEO of your team
  • Foster a positive team environment, celebrating wins & holding daily team meetings
  • Assist with the sales recruiting, interviewing & hiring process
  • Work closely with the sales management & executive team on larger strategies & best practices, to help shape the future of the sales organization
  • Embody & encourage a trusted advisor approach to B2B sales
  • Be both a sales expert in the restaurant industry & stay current on trends & changes, in particular its related to technology & digital marketing
  • Uphold BentoBoxs core mission, vision, & values

Skills & Attributes

  • 1 year of experience in an outbound sales role
  • 1 year of experience managing an outbound sales team
  • Experience cold calling, social selling, email selling, & generating a pipeline
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS sales team not required, but preferred
  • Experience selling or managing a team selling to restaurants not required, but preferred
