Retail Marketing Manager

The Retail Marketing Manager will lead & execute the retail marketing strategy, dealer programmes, & tactical campaigns for Mercedes-Benz Vans UK. The role is aimed at enhancing marketing capabilities across the UK retailer network, maintaining brand consistency, & optimising marketing spend.

Acting as the main contact for all retail-marketing activities across products & sales channels, the retail-marketing manager will collaborate closely with the Sales & Aftersales teams to drive demand for Mercedes Vans products & services.

The Retail Marketing Manager's primary focus is to drive success in national marketing activities at retailer level. They will also support in the development of targeted campaigns for retailers as needed, offering industry knowledge & marketing support to drive demand & brand recognition across the Mercedes-Benz Vans UK product range.

Employed through Rapp London, the Retail Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing & CX & sit within the broader UK Marketing team. The role will collaborate extensively with the wider Mercedes-Benz van team & the national dealer network to drive the national marketing directive & to ensure compliance of Mercedes-Benz Van UK brand standards.


- Management experience in automotive manufacturer marketing, including team, budget, & strategy management.

- Good working knowledge of traditional & emerging marketing communications channels

- Experience of managing marketing agencies

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, & presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with a proactive & collaborative approach. 

- Proven ability to multi-task & enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

- Marketing or business-related qualifications
