We are looking for a Project Manager who will manage complex projects, processes, tools, & activities in support of HelloFreshs strategic portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic PMO, you will take on end-to-end responsibilities, managing projects with high impact within the organization. As part of this team, you will play a key role in helping our Strategic Project Management Office become a center of excellence in portfolio & project management.

• Oversee & manage the end-to-end execution of high complexity projects with high impact within HelloFresh Canada. Manage cross-functional stakeholders to collect their inputs & ensure their commitment in your project & its timely delivery
• Support the development of project proposal, charters, plans, schedules, resource plans, business plans, & performance metrics
• Understand & solve complex problems that stretch over multiple parts of the business
• Analyze & present data in order to provide solid recommendations for the project to the senior leadership team
• Develop & maintain systems for the tracking & reporting of project & portfolio progress & outcomes for the SPMO, key project sponsors, & senior leadership
• Plan & facilitate workshops & key stakeholder meetings to further the education & understanding of portfolio & project management, as well as for the successful delivery of strategic projects or other business initiatives
• All other duties, as assigned 

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for

• 4+ years of work experience with 2+ years of project management experience (proven track record of handling the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects)
• Experience in working cross-functionally with stakeholders from supply chain operations, product, and/or packaging in consulting, engineering, and/or consumer retail industries 
• Bachelors Degree in in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
• Experience in waterfall and/or agile project management methodologies. PMP certification is a plus
• Experience with solving operational problems & proficiency in with problem-solving methodologies (e.g. lean six sigma, process improvement, data analysis, issue tree analysis, A/B testing, data modeling)
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships & collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels, from frontline staff to senior executives
