About The Team:

Green Chef is on the hunt for a highly motivated, strategic & performance-oriented Senior Growth Manager to join us for a 12 month maternity cover. You will support in shaping our growth within the UK  & disrupting the healthy eating space for the better.

As a Senior Growth Manager, you will own the development of our marketing channels & growth strategy by leveraging your strong business acumen, extensive experience in performance marketing combined with an ease of communication with diverse stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing:

Reporting into the Director of Growth, your overall responsibilities will include:

• Lead the development of the growth marketing for Green Chef; ensuring all channel investment & initiatives have clear goals that ladder up to the overall business plan & strategy
• Own the end to end marketing budgeting cycles QoQ, working closely with local & international stakeholders, providing guidance & consolidating input & ensuring that the final budget outcome maximizes potential marketing value & aligns with overall business plan expectation
• Liase with Local/Global marketing teams on day-to-day campaign management & execution (including Online/Offline growth channels, CRM, Referral) to meet overall business objectives
• Collaborate with local brand teams to inform Green Chefs brand strategy, positioning & campaigns
• Work closely with Growth Analyst to monitor weekly & ongoing performance, for forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with Operations
• Monitor & report overall marketing performance against the business plan, understanding & sharing the root causes of either underperformance or overperformance, & putting in place actions on the back of budget deviations, when needed
• Optimize the profitability of your campaigns through tests, tactical adjustments & strategic initiatives
• Drive the long-term strategy of marketing channels: budget adjustments, targeting, conversion funnel & discount strategy

Who You Are:

• Performance-driven & goal-oriented professional with extensive mixed marketing experience in online, offline performance, analytics & familiarity with CRM & Referral channels 
• Confident & structured communicator to the wider business & C-suite, who is able to showcase the value & impact of Marketing, within a data-driven & tech-focused culture
• Someone who understands how to leverage customer insight as a springboard for marketing initiatives & actions to unlock growth
• Experienced in developing local marketing within a Global framework
• Structured & methodical in your approach to work while being comfortable with ambiguity
• Analytical & critical thinking combined with good presentation & communication skills able to summarise complex concepts into a digestible format
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Interest in the mealkit sector & other comparable sector

Work Schedule: Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working & flexible start/finish times
