As our Lead Brand Designer, youll design & develop compelling, multi-channel creative collateral that aligns with & amplifies marketing strategies aimed at driving demand generation & elevating brand awareness for Superhuman. This includes the below:
ROLE
- Concepting & executing assets across digital, social, email, web, paid media, events, & sales enablement
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teamsincluding marketing, product, & salesto ensure visual consistency, high-quality storytelling, & a user-centric approach across all touchpoints
- Leveraging data & feedback to iterate on creative & optimize performance.
Outcome #1: Make Superhuman the #1 AI-powered Email App for high-performing Teams by refining & evolving our visual brand.
- Communicate Superhumans brand & product story effectively to our customers (consumer & business)
- Define & execute a cohesive Superhuman brand language internally & externally
- Manage relationships with design & marketing vendors & agencies; provide feedback & guidance
Outcome #2: Scale Volume & Velocity of High-Intent Self-serve Users through a multi-channel program strategy that leverages compelling collateral & creative.
- Conceptualize & execute marketing campaigns, web experiences, motion graphics projects, advertisements, & social creatives
- Work with engineering, community, & social marketing teams to ship remarkable quality designs
- Collaborate with marketing, product, & design teams to design digital communications across customer touchpoints, & launch announcements that support new products & features
Outcome #3: Support the growth of the Demand Engine through remarkable quality demand assets & collateral.
- Develop process to effectively plan, strategize & support marketing & acquisition goals
- Partner with the demand generation leader to execute pillar assets & support collateral used to drive prospect leads. This includes ebooks, infographics, custom landing pages, & other high-intent marketing collateral.

- Experience: 7+ years of professional working experience in relevant design roles, with an emphasis on brand design.
- Brand Strategist: You can translate positioning into cohesive visual narratives that resonate with target audiences & drive recognition. You're skilled at evolving brand systems across multiple channels.
- Campaign Designer: You excel at conceptualizing & executing high-impact campaigns across web, email, social, & paid channels that support both awareness & conversion goals.
- Strategic Prioritizer: You can evaluate competing requests based on business impact, efficiently managing resources while maintaining a proactive, solutions-first approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-functional Connector: You thrive as a bridge between teams, ensuring cohesive storytelling while championing the value of design in driving business growth & customer experience.

SALARY INFO
Our starting salaries for this role range from $130,000-$155,000. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, & company stock options.
For team members outside of the US we employ & pay through an Employer of Record (EOR). We take a location-based pay approach & compensation for this role is dependent on several factors such as location, work experience, job-related skills, business needs, & market demands.
