The Trailhead program is the start of your epic journey at Critical Mass. During your initial 12-weeks, you will embark on a custom-built learning journey to understand what we do, who we are, & how we make award-winning work with our clients. Our goal is to integrate you into the amazing work we do here at Critical Mass, & support you as part of the team to grow your career with us! 

Our Summer 2024 Trailhead Cohort will likely commences June 17th, 2024.

As an Associate Developer, you have experience or proficiency with Vue.js (VJS), React or similar JS frameworks which means youre good to go when it comes to developing innovative features for responsive websites. You have a curious mindset that has led you, at times, from your Frontend experience to experimenting with AI & Machine Learning. If youre always looking to learn & grow in your role, then good newsyoull get key mentorship from a Tech Lead & will gain experience working with departments like Creative & UX to create top-notch user experiences. Experience has taught you what works when it comes to choosing the best mix of cutting-edge tech. Most importantly, you are driven to hone your craft through a passion for technology.

You Will: 

  • Rapidly prototype with code using modern front-end frameworks & digital pattern libraries.
  • Deliver solutions balancing technical & business requirements.
  • Understand business & user requirements.
  • Maintain high coding standards & practices to exercise quality control on all aspects of web development. 
  • Problem-solve in all areas of web development.

You Have: 

  • 0-3 years of demonstrated development experience with on Vue.js (VJS), React or similar JS frameworks with emphasis on frontend development.
  • Experience in Python & GenAI workstreams, with a focus on front end development.
  • Package manager & automation tool experience (npm, gulp, grunt, Webpack, & Vite).
  • Demonstrated understanding of Responsive Web Design principles.
  • Proficiency with Semantic HTML Markup.
  • Curiosity & interest in exploring new technologies.
  • Exposure or familiarity with elements of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Node.js & familiarity with physics concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
