Teads has an opportunity for a high level Marketing & Communication Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation & online video advertising to join our french team, based in Paris.

This role will be responsible for the development & execution of the Teads France brand, communication strategy & marketing initiatives to broaden our visibility within the french & belgium market. The role will be directly responsible for ensuring Teads achieve strong consumer awareness & critical acclaim on a continuous basis.

As the Senior of Marketing & Communication Manager, you are a fully dedicated business leader, working with the FR Managing Director & the Global Marketing Director, to shape the marketing & communication strategy for Teads France & Belgium.

Your main responsibilities will be to :

  • Drive the creation of world-class marketing communications for Teads FR across our brands/advertisers & agency clients & our publisher portfolio;
  • Work on the marketing offer development & strategy; 
  • Develop & execute Teads FRs media & local key messaging strategy across all media, including press, broadcast & publications to raise Teads profile & market Teads activities;
  • Make sure all communications are aligned with the global marketing strategy set by the CMO;
  • Work closely with the FR sales & publishing team to ensure they are fully supported with marketing collateral & content;
  • Develop, coordinate & manage specific public relations campaigns & related activities that sustain a specific image for our business & cultivates media support;
  • Approve, write & pitch press releases;
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of Teads global events program, including associated marketing communications plans, ensuring it is responsive to stakeholder needs & preferences;
  • Ensure events are delivered effectively & efficiently;
  • Manage, develop & implement Teads presence at a range of third party exhibitions, working with partners to provide a cost-effective impactful presence;
  • Develop publicity materials (printed & email format) for Teads marketing efforts including keeping up to date the media kit;
  • Set up (with the Managing Director FR, Marketing Director EMEA & CMO), monitor & forecast an accurate marketing budget.

We are looking for an ambitious, highly articulate individual who is passionate about marketing & communication, ideally with already established connections within the AdTech & online advertising industry.

Experience/background :

  • At least a strong professional experience, working in the field of communications & marketing with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of a broad range of communication activities media, websites, publications, marketing, social media & events;
  • Proven & demonstrable experience of working with a wide range of media, developing media strategies & relations, preparing press releases etc in an advertising environment;
  • Experience working with senior marketers at agencies & global brands & expertise supporting & enabling a sales organization;
  • Considerable event experience & successful track record of effective delivery across the full range of communications disciplines;
  • Creative flair to bring fresh ideas to positioning & marketing campaigns;
  • Ability to work on a diverse range of tasks at the same time under pressure & in a non-precious way;
  • Excellent organizational & planning skills, & experience in managing communications projects from start to finish, with demonstrable experience of successful prioritization & allocation of resources;
  • Proven experience working with social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter & YouTube;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Excellent spoken & written french & english;
  • Proven to be a proactive & diligent self-starter with an ability to coordinate & prioritize, utilizing resources effectively;
  • Strong organizational skills with very high attention to detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organization & externally.
