Overview
The Growth Marketing Lead will spearhead our digital advertising efforts & drive efficient customer acquisition across various online channels, with a strong emphasis & expertise in B2B Google search engine marketing (PPC). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing performance-based campaigns, optimizing marketing spend, & maximizing ROI.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns including campaign planning, implementation, execution, optimization, & performance analysis.
- Develop & execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives such as customer acquisition, revenue growth, & ROI targets.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimization & improvement, including audience targeting, ad creatives, bidding strategies, & landing page optimization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR) across each stage of the funnel, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), & lifetime value (LTV), & take proactive measures to optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing & multivariate testing to experiment with different ad variations, messaging, & targeting parameters to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, & analytics teams to ensure alignment & integration of marketing efforts.
- Create digital marketing analytics dashboards to track, measure, & analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to answer specific business questions, uncover insights, & provide recommendations for optimizing digital marketing strategies & tactics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, & emerging technologies in growth marketing, & incorporate innovative strategies & tactics into our campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, & partners to support campaign execution & optimization as needed.
- Prepare regular performance reports & presentations (weekly, monthly, & quarterly) to communicate campaign results, insights, & recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor & optimize advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources & maximize ROI.
- Execute & manage digital paid media plans for PPC & display on a real-time bidding platform.
- Manage, review, & perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads & other search platforms.
- Maintain & monitor keyword bids, account daily & monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score & other important account metrics, as well as audience lists. Manage the creation of large keyword lists, & tie back to overall SEM strategy consistently.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in B2B Google search, digital advertising, growth marketing or related field, with a focus on driving measurable results & achieving ROI targets.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, & other relevant channels.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools/platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager & others.
- Extensive proficiency in using analytics tools to drive business insights using Excel, Salesforce, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Domo.
- Experience in measuring & monitoring performance from brand search keywords campaigns vs non-brand search campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, & make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams & stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset & the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets & KPIs.
- Informed about industry trends, best practices, & emerging technologies.
- Must be able to work during normal EST hours.

- Experience creating targeted lists in Salesforce & leveraging 6sense.
