A professional in this role will implement high quality Taboola Products at the Publisher website which can be of any platform like Javascript, ReactJS, API based etc. These requests will be received in the form of cases raised by business teams. This position requires an ability to understand the request received in a case, closely align with an AM/Seller to execute the implementation in the given SLA ensuring to meet the technical & operational standards set in the process. This also requires collaboration with people with varied experiences within the team & help them to resolve an issue whenever needed.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to combine the need to meet & exceed customer expectations while operating within stated project parameters. You will precisely own & define how the SMB Delivery group should prepare themselves to be future ready in terms of product/technology to support the growth of Taboolas SMB book of business. If you are a strong & hands-on technical engineer who is comfortable in implementing changes to existing websites with a strong client service attitude, you should take a look at this job.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality implementations for the given region while understanding the customers requirement & meeting the SLAs
  • Meeting individual KPI targets - CSAT, TTD & case closure target & maintaining Quality score as per defined target
  • Investigate Fraud Cases & aim for faster resolution & detection
  • Run basic bulks through SQL queries 
  • Timely & proactive response to incoming customer support inquiries via email & support ticketing system.
  • Seamless coordination within the team & with external stake-holders(AMs/Sales etc.)
  • Timely & proactive response to incoming customer inquiries via email, chat & ticketing system
  • Exhibit strong work Ethic
  • Troubleshoot technical issues & escalate issues internally as needed
  • Get trained to handle all types of cases independently
  • Identify challenges & opportunities to improve operational efficiency
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge & proficiency by doing Product Trainings.Stay updated with latest product features, enhancements

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company
  • 1+ years of hands on experience on HTML, CSS, JS, ReactJS & python
  • Experience with Database -  MySQL, Oracle
  • Good communication skills verbal & written & extensive experience working with clients & partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills & the ability to think critically.
  • Experience of working in a rapid global business growth environment will be a huge plus
