ISQA Stock Controller - Nights

Rate of Pay: 13.43/hour (+20% Night shift uplift)
About The Team:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse or stock management experience to join a rapidly growing team. You will support Inventory control & stock flow in the warehouse & production areas. Safely & efficiently control stock, execute regular stock audits, manage stock rotation & help with flow of stock.
What You Will Be Doing:
This role is responsible for inventory management & stock control processes, to ensure efficient operations & optimal stock levels. Responsible for maintaining accurate records, minimising stock discrepancies, & supporting the smooth functioning of our production & order fulfilment processes. Auditing daily, investigating & adjusting stock discrepancies.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts & reconcile discrepancies between physical counts & system records, investigating & resolving any discrepancies identified.
- Implement & enforce stock control procedures, including correct storage, handling, & labelling of materials, to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Work closely with warehouse teams & Replen teams to coordinate inventory movements.during production & through cleardown.
- Maintain up to date & accurate records within our inventory management system.
- Conduct daily stock audits efficiently & accurately raise any concerns or risk to Coordinator/Leads & or Manager
- Ensuring that Food Safety & Health & Safety standards are met & sustainably maintained. You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health & safety matters. You are responsible for ensuring your own health, safety & welfare in the activities you undertake. You must report incidents immediately & actively raise health & safety-related concerns to your Line Manager.
- Undertaking basic problem solving activities & escalating to the Coordinator/ Lead & or Manager where necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures & Instructions.
- MHE - prechecks & safety rules compliance
- Undertaking audits & following through on actions regarding compliance to Food Safety; Health & Safety Standards & any other specified standards eg: BRCGS, Food Safety.
- Willing to be involved in ad hoc projects as & when required
- Any other responsibilities/duties which would be reasonably expected as part of this role
