We are hiring a Director to support & elevate our business development in the UK. This individual will strengthen Taboola's sales & partnership efforts with new & existing Brands & Agencies in the market.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Regional Director, Sales Director & other stakeholders of the business to:

  • Unlock new revenue streams to support the market to achieve the quarterly quotas.
  • Leverage the existing network & expand it to introduce & evangelize Taboola as a must buy partner.
  • Identify revenue & partnerships opportunities in the market, define & execute plans with the local team to successfully onboard those.
  • Support discussions with media agency decision makers on the tactics of using Taboola for their clients.
  • Create & lead initiatives & influence the teams on the ground to successfully achieve partnerships & revenue targets.
  • Support the local teams with the fulfilling of existing partnerships, working with sales, marketing & product to develop existing relationships into longer lasting ones.

 Requirements:

  • Energy, drive & passion to boost an already successful market step onto the next level, collaborating with internal & external stakeholders for a bigger purpose.
  • A deep rolodex of senior contacts & decision makers in the market.
  • 7+ years of experience & extensive knowledge in the digital marketing & ad tech industry.
  • Outstanding persuasive communication & presentation skills communicating complex solutions.  

Bottom Line - In real terms:

Taboola needs a senior business development manager.  A person who knows how to uncover, develop, & sign trading partnerships with major global companies.  You will be heavily supported by all teams at Taboola (Sales, AM, Product, Finance, Research, etc) & you will need to navigate in an internal matrix organization.  This is an important role.  Skills sets such as communication, experience, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, & grit are key.
