As the HelloFresh business scales, the global Supply Chain Technology team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Shipping & Tracking Squad. You will join a global, cross-functional team building scalable & forward-looking products for all HelloFresh markets.  You will manage complex products that directly affect how HelloFresh logistics operates & how boxes get delivered to our customers, positioning yourself as an expert in your domain for your stakeholders & engineering counterparts

You will be asked to travel up to 10%, with occasional travel internationally.

What youll do

• Define the vision for your domain: articulate mid-term vision for step changes to improve shipping & tracking operations both by optimizing our current products & launching new & innovative 0-1 products.  
• Work collaboratively  with a tribe of engineers, fellow product owners & a variety of operational stakeholders
• Be the SME of your domain space, developing a comprehensive understanding of logistics  business challenges, ensure we have a set of features that solve these, & own deliverability & usability of our products & features
• Take a data-driven approach to initiate deep-dive analysis in order to evaluate & measure new & existing product features
• Develop and support the end-user testing of new features in order to facilitate the roll-out of a new feature/capability; collaborate closely with stakeholders & leaders to ensure deliverability & usability of our products & features.
• Drive a customer-focused environment committed to delivering the highest quality product to our customers
