You will play an important role in taking Klarna to the next level & should desire going above & beyond to produce world class marketing. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of Klarna's affiliate partnerships & related campaigns. The role will involve cross-functional collaboration with our creative, PR, social media, content, & product teams. This position is based in NYC, LA, or Columbus.

What you will do:

-Presenting insights & recommendations to drive sales & conversion for the channel
-Create the strategy & manage all day to day activities for the affiliate channel
-Manage affiliate networks to recruit new publishers & develop partnerships that generate new Klarna app customersIn partnership with the PR & social teams, create ways to work with influencers & reporters
-Coordinate content & assets creation with the content marketing team to support affiliate campaigns
-Monitor performance & analyze activity & optimize for channel & meet KPIs
-Develop automation, feed management, & data structures, along with business strategies, to further build the channel
-Look at both digital & omni partnership opportunities to drive new customers

You must have:

-3 - 5 years of affiliate experience with networks (Awin, Partnerize, etc.)
-Proven leader to initiate new partnerships & discover new opportunities to drive business
-Numbers oriented, ability to work cross functionally with planning team to model CAC for promotional campaigns
-Strong organizational, analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, & presentation skills with a strong attention to detail
-Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work quickly, efficiently, & strategically with a wide range of internal departments.
-Proficient in Excel, data reporting systems, & Google Drive for Business
