The Role

Our Administrative Operations Team does more than just support our leaders: we're the backbone of hard-working people at Palantir. We build strong relationships with the people we support & can anticipate their needs without being asked. Our passion for helping others makes us an invaluable resource.

As an Executive Team Assistant, you will be responsible for navigating & organizing an executive's commitments. In this role you will own a wide variety of tasks including executive-level administrative support, assisting with errands, & household management. You take initiative, operate with discretion & resourcefulness, & thrive off of enabling the people you support to be as productive & impactful as possible. Most importantly, you have a true desire to be helpful & go above & beyond to tackle challenges.

The position does require being on-call after hours & on weekends, & the person who accepts the challenge will appreciate a flexible schedule.
