This workshop will help you get on the path of having a base chatbot AND knowing how to make it effective. Built using IBM Watson Conversation, your bot can match the user's intent even when they don't type exactly what you expect & it's highly extensible so you can keep making your bot smarter as you learn about your users We'll also go over a checklist of good design practices so you can sidestep the usual pitfalls early bots run into.
This special chatbot workshop will be taught by a trainer from IBM & we will get you up & running with a Facebook Messenger chatbot powered by IBM Watson Conversation by the end of the two hours session.
