<P><SPAN>Triathletes Tim O'Donnell, Mirinda Carfae, Heather Jackson and Turia Pitt stop by to discuss the upcoming NBC special, Ironman World Championship, airing on December 10. For many people the thought of doing an Ironman, 2.4- mile swim, 112-mile bike ride and 26.2-mile marathon, is daunting, but they prove that anything is possible. Join them as they discuss the challenges in preparing for the race and talk about the compelling storylines featured in the special. They will also discuss the Ironman Foundation, which provides grant funding to nonprofit organizations in race communities. </SPAN></P>
