Carol has responsibility for the Golden Seeds Knowledge Institute, which houses their investor training activities. Carol has held senior investment banking positions with Berkshire Capital Corporation, Prudential-Bache Capital Funding, and Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. Inc.
