Continuous Integration Is for Teams by Rob Bayliss

Most every web development team these days is introducing, or iterating on, a Continuous Integration workflow. Rob Bayliss of Last Call Media explores how Continuous Integration fits into the work of real teams. In this talk, we'll explore different aspects of CI tooling and deployment pipelines and discuss the value they bring to projects. By focusing on value, teams can get past the temptation to implement every new build tool.

Bio
Rob Bayliss is the CTO at Last Call Media. He has been building Drupal sites since the beginning of Drupal 6, and has been involved with hundreds of site builds for organizations like The Rainforest Alliance, International Data Group, and the New York Stock Exchange. Aside from architecting and building Drupal sites, he also serves as a consultant for development teams interested in improving developer workflow and build quality through automation and tighter feedback loops.
