After a short break, we're excited to get back together and chat NYC European Tech! Our August Meetup was a huge success for this community, really showed there is real energy and interest in European Tech in New York. Thanks for being a part of it!While Matt Turk focused on some of the benefits for European startups in New York, our next speaker will focus on some tips and challenges to making it a successful move.
We're thrilledto haveCarl Waldekranz,co-founder and CEO of Tictail, joining us for our October Meetup. Tictail was started in Stockholm, Sweden making it easy for brands and businesses to easily create beautiful online stores. After raising a $8mm Series A earlier this year, they've expanded their team to New York City. We're looking forward to what Carl has to say on that experience!
As with last time, we'll leave room for networking...seemed like there were some great connections made...
We want the NYC European Tech Meetup to be a destination event for founders and startups visiting the US and this month we're happy to announce that it's starting to happen!Seedcamp, a London-based accelerator and seed fund, will be co-organizing this month's meetup and bring founders from 10 of their companies to NYC. Let's welcome them (and other visitors) to our community!
