Aileen Gemma Smith founded Vizalytics Technology, the creators of Mind My Business to serve the needs of brick and mortar businesses. Aileen empathizes with the frustrations of shopkeepers who want to be more data driven in their approaches but who struggle knowing where to look. Over 15% of Mind My Business users engage with the tool daily. She puts a strong emphasis on listening and building relationships. She prefers hard work and problem solving over fancy titles. She believes in the value of collaborative process. Aileen and team are honored to be part of 500 Startups Batch 10.

Meet the Panelists
Sarayu Srinivasan is a technology venture capitalist and an advisor to venture and private equity firms in the US, India and Europe. She was most recently a Director at Intel Capital where she focused on sector agnostic venture capital and private equity investment into a range of early, growth & later stage technology businesses in the US, India and other regions. Sarayu, who is American, moved to India from the US to help Intel deploy its first targeted $250M fund.
Josh Harder is a Senior Associate at Bessemer's New York office. He focuses on investments in the software, mobile, and telecommunications industry. Previously, Josh worked at Accion Venture Lab, an investment fund focused on financial services for the poor in emerging markets, and at Ruma, a mobile banking startup in Indonesia. Josh started his career at the Boston Consulting Group and has also worked in the mango tea industries in Kenya and Rwanda.
Zack Schildhorn is a Partner with Lux Capital, based in the Firm's New York office. Zack has been working with Lux since 2006, focusing on marketing, operations, and investments at the intersection of the digital and physical worlds. Zack led Lux's investments in Shapeways, Sols Systems, and Moment and helped source the firm's investment in Matterport. He has also worked extensively with a number of Lux portfolio companies including Transphorm, Kurion, and Siluria.
