This event is different. There are no business cards, awkward conversations, raffles, suggested donations, or any of that superficial stuff.
We get together and we go rock climbing. We get sweaty, we have fun, and then we hear from some absolute rock stars in the NYC startup scene.
This month we're climbing with Matt Harrigan, the founder of Grand Central Tech. It's an accelerator downtown that doesn't charge rent or take any of your equity. I don't even know how they do it... but I'm interested to find out.
We'll have free Sierra Nevada, Down East Cider, and P. Diddy is throwing in some water bottles too. Super fancy, I know.
Climbing with us also gets you a discount at Brooklyn Boulders, and if it's your first time ever this is a great way to start.
