<P>Here it is: the inaugural HackerNestNYC Tech Social!</P>
<P>Drinks on us.<A HREF="http://hackernest.com/cities/" REL="nofollow"><STRONG>HackerNest Tech Socials</STRONG></A>are a fun, relaxed way to connect with your local tech brethren. All you have to do is show up, grab a name tag, find a beer, and hang out - that's it, there's <EM>literally</EM> nothing formal planned. Plan on meeting new friends in the tech industry, and getting into heated debates about Emacs & Vim.</P>
<P>Best of all, it's <STRONG>free</STRONG> (as in beer).</P>
<P>OK, I lied, we do have one thing planned. At around 9:30, we'll pause for the cause for about 5 minutes and do:</P>
