Cross-platform storytelling is an exciting way to bring a dynamic element to any story project, however most people assume that cross-platform tools (software and apps) are inherently more expensive and difficult to use than their traditional counterparts In this fun and interactive workshop, you will learn how to develop cross-platform stories from start to finish as well as cost-effective and time saving techniques for your next storytelling project.

The workshop will be lead by Glenn McClanan

Glenn is Creative Director and Co-Founder of Rio Create LLC, an NYC-based agency focused on Content Strategy & Immersive Storytelling. He is the creator of The Wyr Deception, an immersive story anthology using short films, graphic novellas, and transmedia stories.

Glenn has led video initiatives at top online publishers, including Edmunds.com and About.com/New York Times. During this time, he produced over 10,000 online videos and developed successful branded social media channels.

He currently teaches graduate & undergraduate courses in Transmedia at Montclair State University.
