<P><EM>This workshop will be geared toward introducing participants to animation, gaming, and interactive stories. The workshop is designed to encourage student-driven learning, as participants think analytically, design, play and code in real-time.</EM></P>
<P>All Black Girls CODE events are geared towards introducing participants to the technological universe and encouraging them to pursue careers as Tech Creators and Entrepreneurs.</P>
<P>This event is intended for girls ages 5-17.</P>
<P><STRONG>Check-in will begin at 9:15AM, and the workshop will start promptly at 10:00AM.</STRONG></P>
<P>Participants do not need to bring their own laptops; lunch and light snacks will be provided.</P>
<P>Participants in need of a scholarship, please apply<A HREF="https://docs.google.com/a/blackgirlscode.org/forms/d/1YmbPo030oTILaVf38XCYmZaNgDvguNb7DxjI4jdnloI/edit" REL="nofollow">here</A>.Scholarships are limited, and are awarded on a first come, first served basis.</P>
