For this BetaTalk, BetaNYC will host Minerva Tantoco, New York Citys FIRST Chief Technology Officer. For her first community meeting, she will be interviewed by Noel Hidalgo and talk about the future of civic technology, innovation, and answer your questions.

In the lead up to the event, we are asking the community to submit questions. We are collecting a range of questions that relate to her history as a technologist, civic and government technology, open data, and policy initiatives.
