<P>Michael Casey, previously a senior columnist for the WSJ, joined MIT Media Labs center for Digital Currency Initiative as an advisor last summer to build awareness around digital currencies and the underlying blockchain technology. He is well known to the blockchain community, co-authoring the critically acclaimed book, The Age of Cryptocurrency: How Bitcoin and Digital Money are Challenging the Global Economic Order, as a frequent public speaker, discussing digital currency themes and applications for the blockchain ledger and advising institutions on how to understand the challenges and opportunities that are emerging from this disruptive, decentralizing technology. <P><SPAN>Fredrik re-joined Nasdaq in 2008 as the Vice President Blockchain Innovation where he is responsible for Nasdaq's blockchain innovation initiative. In this role he is advising the C-suite on corporate objectives and strategies for Nasdaq's activities in the blockchain space and also responsible for implementation and communication of approved strategies. Frederik previously held positions as Deputy Head of Nasdaq Commodities and leading market development for the Intercontental Exchange in London. He also worked at Nasdaqs predecessor OMX from 1995 where he managed various business units supplying exchange and clearing solutions to deregulated electricity markets and attended the Stockholm School of Economics. </SPAN></P>

<P>George W. Prokop co-leads the Strategic Threat Management and Corporate Intelligence practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a senior leader in a variety of client and internal PwC initiatives related to bitcoin and blockshain innovation. As a senior practitioner in PwC's Anti-Corruption Centre of Excellence, George advises clients in the public and private sector on leading practices in managing governance, risk, and compliance to identify and mitigate threats. Mr. Prokop recently co-authored PwCs paper Money is no object: Understanding the evolving cryptocurrency market and serves on the Advisory Board of the Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists and he is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Prokop earned a M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.</P>
