The panel's mission is to educate and prepare women coming into the tech industry. We want the women who leave our events to be more knowledgeable and feel empowered by the information and connections they create at our summer mini- series. </SPAN></P>

Many college students and recent grads enter the tech world without a full picture of what the industry looks like. Choosing a summer internship or that first post-grad job can be complicated and confusing. Finance vs. startup vs. corporation - so many options! </SPAN></P>

Our panel is made up of fresh perspectives who hope to shed some light on the decision making process leading up to their current internship/job and their experiences in the field thus far. </SPAN></SPAN></P>
