Join us for an evening of food, drinks, and an excellent talk by John Pavley on the role of taboo in building software and startups.
John (who often goes by Pav) is an old school hacker and seasoned tech leader who has spent the past 20+ years building, managing, and growing tech companies.
Pav has hacked on everything ranging from some of the earliest graphical user interfaces, to massively distributed ad networks, to an iPhone-based dungeon crawler. Along the way he's collaborated with some of the smartest people at some of the most innovative companies on earth: Apple, DoubleClick, Yahoo!, LimeWire, Spotify, and The Huffington Post.
We hope you'll join us for a free dinner, a great talk, and an opportunity to meet fellow engineers in a language- and technology-agnostic setting.
