A year ago we were introduced to Swift. Dave wanted a focused way to learn Swift without getting tangled up in the Obj-C baggage. So, he started using it to solve Project Eulerproblems, with the added goal of learning more about functional programming. Dave will share some of what he learned along the way and why he thinks Project Euler is a great way to learn a new language.

Dave is an Objective-C dinosaur who works at Yahoo on their Finance app. He mostly makes the app faster and more stable, but sometimes does the opposite.
