Stephanie currently represents SoftTech VC as board member for Fatherly, Pared, Educents, & Envoy, as well as a board observer for numerous investments. She previously served on the boards of Chariot (acquired by Ford Motor Company), Niche (acquired by Twitter), & Spoon University (acquired by Scripps Networks Interactive).</P>
<P><SPAN>Stephanie joined SoftTech VC in 2011 after a decade of working in marketing & technology. Previously, she was active in New York Citys emergent VC & entrepreneurial community as an Associate with early-stage venture fund NYC Seed & launched the NYC SeedStart incubator, one of New Yorks first accelerator programs. Additionally, Stephanie worked with wine ecommerce startup Lot18 on business development & marketing initiatives. Stephanies early experiences include Accentures market data practice working with investment banking clients like JP Morgan & Morgan Stanley, as well as several years with Estee Lauders Clinique brand focused on marketing & sales initiatives for alternative distribution channels. Later, Stephanie was an early member of a startup building enterprise sales & marketing applications for global customers including SAP AG & Diageo.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>Stephanie holds an MBA from Columbia Business School & graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University with joint degrees in Marketing & Management Information Systems. She sits on the Advisory Board for the Eugene Lang Entrepreneurship Center at Columbia Business School. </SPAN></P>

He works closely with founders, investors, & entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries, & their innovative spirits energize his legal practice.</P>
<P><SPAN>With a home in Brooklyns DUMBO neighborhooda nexus for many tech startupsand extensive experience with an array of companies in the tech sector, Evans roots are firmly planted in the startup community. He has handled & negotiated hundreds of venture capital & private equity financings for those providing & seeking capital. Evan is also well-versed in mergers & acquisitions, & regularly advises clients through complex exit transactions.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>In addition to his work for the firm, Evan serves as a mentor to the startup community, often writing & speaking on legal & business issues for Cleantech Open Northeast, WeWork, Columbia Tech Ventures, General Assembly, & 30 Weeks (a Google-sponsored incubator).</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Evan was a partner at Mintz Levin, working in the firms Boston & New York offices. </SPAN></P>
