<P>What if we could build 48 websites for 48 NYC nonprofits in 48 hours? Would you be a part of it?</P>
<P>48in48 understands that many nonprofits have small budgets & choose to spend their money doing good rather than looking good. This November, 48in48 will host a massive hackathon, working directly with nonprofits to marketing themselves in a way they deserve. They will join forces with local agencies & individual professionals from the marketing, creative & technology industries to build 48 websites for 48 lucky nonprofits in our area.</P>
<P>Coding skills are not needed to participate. Skill sets needed are:</P>
<P><STRONG>Project Manager</STRONG>Coordinate all team tasks & act as liaison to their designated nonprofits facilitating branding & content needs for the 6 weeks leading up to the event weekend.Initiate communications with selected nonprofits by early August.</P>
<P><STRONG>WordPress Guru</STRONG>- Expert in configuring Wordpress. Will help select plugins/themes to add functioning.</P>
<P><STRONG>Graphic Designer</STRONG>- Visual design talent & will ensure the quality of the look of the site.</P>
<P><STRONG>Digital Marketer</STRONG><STRONG></STRONG>- Understands digital marketing & help ensure the site they are building for the nonprofit is helping to accomplish the goals of the nonprofit.</P>
<P><STRONG>Front-End Developer</STRONG>Will work with the designer to customize the layout of the theme. This will consist of adjustments to the color palette, typography & minor refinements on element positioning & spacing.</P>
<P><STRONG>Content Manager</STRONG>Will work as part of each project team to shape appropriate, keyword rich content that achieves site goals & fits page designs.</P>
<P><STRONG>Jack of all Trades</STRONG>A quick learner & happy to help however they can. Ideally, they are technically proficient.</P>
