Michelle McDevitt

Michelle McDevitt is the co-founder and president of New York-based entertainment marketing and PR firm Audible Treats. She also teaches the course Publicity and Promotions in the Music Industry to NYU's Music Business programs graduate students. Her research interests include the changing landscape of media, social media best practices, branding, entrepreneurialism, and emerging markets in the music industry.

Audible Treats is a premier boutique firm that specializes in promoting music and lifestyle brands. Barry J. Heyman, Esq.

Barry Heyman is founder and principal attorney of Heyman Law. Barry has been practicing music, entertainment, intellectual property (copyrights and trademarks), and new media law for over a decade. Barry began his career over 20 years ago in the Business Affairs department of PolyGram and Universal Records. He later became an attorney for Eagle Rock Entertainment (producer, publisher, and distributor of music programming for television and DVD, comprising live concerts and documentaries), and has consulted clients such as MTV and Razorfish.

Barry is also the founding and current department chair of the new music and entertainment business program at the Institute of Audio Research, the worlds oldest audio engineering school.
