<P><SPAN>Join Dasmer Singh, an Engineer turned Product Manager at Venmo, as he discusses Venmos Open Source initiative & how it benefits to the developer community. Hell walk through Venmos various Open Source projects & how you can use them to power your own apps. </SPAN></P>

<P><STRONG>About the Speaker</STRONG></P>
<P><SPAN>Dasmer is a Commerce Product Manager at Venmo. His goal is to make payments more fun, easy, & delightful. As a PM, he works with a team of engineers & designers to take ideas & turn them into product features in the Venmo app, which is used by millions every day. He is also the inventor of the popular </SPAN><A HREF="http://blog.venmo.com/hf2t3h4x98p5e13z82pl8j66ngcmry/2015/5/14/introducing-emoji-autocomplete" TARGET="_blank" REL="noopener noreferrer noopener nofollow noopener noreferrer nofollow nofollow noreferrer nofollow"><SPAN>Emoji Autocomplete</SPAN></A><SPAN> feature that suggests emoji as users type text in payment notes.</SPAN></P>
<P>Dasmer studied Financial Engineering at Columbia University & will be pursuing his MBA at Stanford University in the fall. Hes a frozen yogurt aficionado who loves running, basketball, & building great products.</P>
