This class will focus on how to plan and run a successful facilitation session, including strategies to set your session up for success and techniques on what to do when your participants or group dynamics are getting in the way of a productive session. We will model a participatory activity, giving examples of how to troubleshoot challenging situations, and engage in robust, experienced based Q and A to share lessons from the successes and failures of our years facilitating a range of experiences. This interactive class will take a closer look into how to build upon your existing facilitation experiences, the nuances of increasing your confidence as a facilitator and specific tools to use to get out of a tight spot.
