EVENT DETAILS
As a user researcher, we are often faced with the challenge of discovering new ideas, generating a myriad of associated features quickly, & then pruning them away under a tight timeline in order to drive to your MVP.
In this workshop, we will cover the Kano Model: A descriptive survey technique for better understanding the potential appeal of features & honing in on a list of the most valuable features.
Joe & Ben will walk through the concept of this survey, describe various ways of doing this method, including how to leverage qualitative research to improve your insights & outcomes. We'll use workshop activities to building a kano survey from scratch & demonstrate its fundamentals.
This is an introduction for researchers wishing to learn this specific method. You should already be familiar with basic concepts of design research.
