Hi all,
As you may know, we have just closed on our most recent acquisition. The property was built in 2003, & it is a 204-unit apartment community in Evansville, Indiana.
This is our first acquisition in Indiana, & we would like to do a case study & talk about the whole process, from the initial underwriting of the deal all the way to closing & onboarding. What's different between Dallas, TX & Evansville Indiana? How were we awarded a deal in a new market? How did we go about finding a management company? What did we do when the management team we found turned out to be not a good fit? Come & find out!
