Games Showcase - Hands-on demos of anticipated & critically acclaimed Ukrainian titles including STONKS-9800, Hollow Home, Becastled, Tukoni, Warfactory, Titan Chaser, & more.

Industry Panel - Hear from developers building games amid war (details coming soon)
Charity Auction - All proceeds will benefit Leleka Foundation, a U.S.-based nonprofit delivering life-saving medical supplies to frontline medics in Ukraine.

FAQ
Do I need a GDC pass to attend? This is an independent side event & completely free to attend. No GDC badge required.
Do I need to register? Yes, please register here so we can manage capacity & keep you updated on any changes.
Can I attend both days? Absolutely. Come one day or both - your registration covers the full event.
Is there an age restriction? No. The event is family-friendly & open to all ages.
I'm press/streamer - can I get dedicated access? Yes. We're hosting a press hour for media & content creators from 11am till noon for both days. Contact ihor@palaye.net to arrange a meeting.
Can I stream or record gameplay? We would absolutely love that!
What about parking? The venue is in downtown San Francisco. Street parking is limited; we recommend public transit or rideshare. Nearest BART station is Montgomery Street, approximately 10 minutes walk.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, it is wheelchair accessible with elevator access, service animals welcome.
Can I bring colleagues or friends? Yes - just make sure everyone registers individually.
Will there be photos/video taken at the event? Yes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Ukrainian Games Festival is committed to providing a friendly, safe, & welcoming environment for all attendees regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, national origin, or religion.
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, including offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption, inappropriate contact, or unwelcome attention.
Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, event organizers may take any action deemed appropriate, including removal from the event.
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please notify event staff immediately. We're here to help!
