Marketing Is Game Dev: Why Great Games Don't Sell Themselves
You spent months perfecting your gameplay, polishing your art, & balancing every mechanic - but none of it matters if no one plays your game. In this talk, we'll break down why marketing isn't a post-production task - it's part of game development itself. We'll explore how successful indie devs are using product marketing from day one to build traction, gather player feedback, & position their games for success in crowded, oversaturated markets.
