EVENT DETAILS |
Welcome to the annual conference of the New York chapter of the IndUS Entrepreneurs (TiE). This is a full day program celebrating and promoting entrepreneurship success stories and latest developments. We bring in keynote speakers from the venture, finance and start-up sectors and complement that with notable figures from local government, media and philanthropy.
We are pleased to announce our keynote speakers for 2016:
Kevin Ryan, Former DoubleClick and Gilt Groupe CEO
Daniel Lubetzky, Founder & CEO of KIND Snacks
Arianna Huffington, Co-Founder, President, Editor-in-Chief of the Huffington Post Media Group
Esther Dyson, Journalist/author/investor, EDVenture Holdings
Sree Sreenivasan, Chief digital officer at the Metropolitan Museum of Art & Technology Journalist
The theme for this conference is Invention and Reinvention: A Celebration of Global Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is about invention as well as reinvention coming up with new ways to do business when the original idea has become defunct or saturated. Reinvention also occurs on an individual basis when one acquires new skills.
In addition to the keynote sessions, the day will feature panel discussions on fintech, cleantech, inventors and disruptors, social entrepreneurship and much more.
