Rebecca Stonebraker (she/her) is a Senior UX Designer at Optoro, a technology company based in Washington, DC. She reduces retail waste by designing intuitive workflow tools that improve how big retailers manage their customer returns. In addition to user research & product design, Rebecca specializes in design strategy where she works across the company to align many different stakeholders through workshop facilitation, service design, & storytelling.
