Come join Sputnik yoga and partner brands for a centering meditation session to kick off NYC Tech Week! Meditation will be held at Creative Content Loft in Manhattan.nSputnik Yoga delivers elevated yoga and wellness experiences by integrating movement, sights, and sounds. This 2-part meditation series (15 min. each) will provide ample opportunities for grounding, connection, and self-reflection. All levels are welcome to participate.nRise Within Stillness - Opening Meditation led by Dian GrieselnDian Griesel, Ph.D. aka @SilverDisobedience to the million+ people who read her daily blog is a perception analyst, hypnotherapist, author of 15 books and a creative who works both sides of the camera. For 30 years she has helped her clients achieve greater understanding as to how perceptions impact everything we do whether personally or professionally.nMindful Reset - Closing Meditation led by Dena LevitznDena Levitz is part of the Sputnik Yoga team and yoga teacher, writer and events producer based in NYC. She is passionate about bringing yoga and meditation to all, which is why her classes range from vinyasa-style explorations in studios and parks to chair yoga for seniors.
