We're kicking the new year of with an exciting talk by Jim Kalbach, author of Mapping Experiences. Jim will be telling the story of his recent project working with ex-violent extremists to map their experience.

Jim is the author of Mapping Experiences: A Complete Guide to Creating Value through Journeys, Blueprints, & Diagrams(O'Reilly 2016) & Designing Web Navigation(O'Reilly 2007).
